CONSULTATION
Consultation
All engagements begin with an initial remote assessment, followed—where appropriate—by an in-person consultation period.
This process allows for a considered understanding of the academic context before any ongoing advisory engagement is agreed.
Stage One:
Initial Remote Assessment
The first stage is a confidential remote discussion to understand the academic context, objectives, and suitability for further involvement.
This stage determines whether an in-person consultation is appropriate.
Stage Two:
In-Person Consultation
Where appropriate, an in-person consultation may be arranged.
This takes place over a period of time to allow for a deeper understanding of the learner’s academic environment, structure, and needs.
The purpose is observational and contextual, not instructional.
Following the Consultation
After the consultation process, we determine whether an ongoing advisory engagement is appropriate.
Where relevant, a structured proposal for continued support will be provided, including scope and duration.
Not all enquiries proceed beyond the consultation stage.
Confidential Enquiry
To request a private consultation, please provide a brief outline of the educational context and nature of support required.
All enquiries are handled in confidence.
